Om te voldoen aan de wettelijk verplichte garantiestelling maakt BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR gebruik
van STO Garant, een door de Autoriteit Consument en Markt (ACM) erkende garantieregeling. U
kunt dit controleren via de STO Garant deelnemerspagina (www.sto-garant.nl/deelnemers). Alle
informatie over STO Garant vindt u op www.sto-garant.nl.
Bij elk (reis)aanbod van BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR op deze website leest u of de garantie van STO
Garant van toepassing is. In de garantieregeling leest u wat de garantie inhoudt en welke
voorwaarden van toepassing zijn. U vindt deze garantieregeling op de website van STO Garant
(www.sto-garant.nl/downloads).

De werking
Indien de garantie van STO Garant van toepassing is op uw boeking, dan betaalt u de reissom niet
aan BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR, maar aan de derdengeldenrekening van Stichting Derdengelden Certo
Escrow, een bij De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) en de Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM)
geregistreerde betaaldienstverlener. Deze stichting derdengelden waarborgt uw reissom tot na
afloop van uw boeking. De dag na afloop wordt de reissom vrijgegeven aan BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR.
Mocht BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR voor het einde van uw boeking in financieel onvermogen geraken,
dan voert STO Garant de garantie uit. In de garantieregeling leest u hoe u daar in dat geval
aanspraak op maakt.

Garant, a guarantee scheme recognised by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets

Whether STO Garant's guarantee applies to a particular (travel) offer made by BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR is
specified for that offer. The Guarantee Scheme specifies what the guarantee covers and which

How it works
If STO Garant's guarantee applies to your booking, you do not pay the booking amount to
BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR but instead into the escrow account belonging to Stichting Derdengelden Certo
Escrow, a payment services provider registered with De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and the
Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). This trust account holds your payment in reserve
until the trip booked has come to an end. The booking amount is then released to BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR on the day after your trip ends. If BUITEN BEENTJES - ONTDEK DE NATUUR should become financially insolvent
before the end of your trip, STO Garant will implement the guarantee. The Guarantee Scheme
details how you can make a claim under the guarantee in such cases.
